Public High school Rade Jovcevski Korcagin -Skopje has been established on 01 December, 1960 as The Fourth High school in Skopje. The high school counts 983 students, distributed in 32 classes, 8 classes in each school year. The curriculum is realized by 62 teachers with Faculty education, 2 of them are PhD and 8 MA. The high school curriculum is four years general studies. In third year the students can choose a direction in their study course. The high school is one of the most renominated in the country with the best results on the state exam every year, and numerous first place in national and international competitions. This high school is the first one to implement the simulation of business companies throughout the whole year.
The high school curricula comprise the subject Entrepreneurship&Innovation as optional for the students. So far, within this subject, the teachers together with the students have organized Garage Sale in the City Commerce Mall; Bazaars; Retro-fashion etc. The students are being introduced to a new way of learning by doing, which the other high schools have not had yet. The two teachers Tatjana Golcheva and Lidija Stojcheva involved in this project are high-profiled mentors, and have rich experience in the field of teaching Entrepreneurship. Both teachers actively participate and implement the goals of the Junior Achievement Program. Tatjana Golcheva has had an extensive experience supporting young entrepreneurs through establishing and running students companies as a part of the Junior Achievement Program. At present she is engaged in the regular obligatory Project activity – Entrepreneurship and Innovation for high school students as a trainer that inspires young entrepreneurs to broaden their minds to beneficial perspectives. Tatjana is an organizer and executive coordinator of numerous international exchange student programs including student company trade fairs in EU and neighboring countries, where students meet peers from diverse cultural, traditional and ethical background. She has attended the International World Junior Achievement Annual Conference in Toronto, Canada in 2005 and range of additional seminars, workshop and training for entrepreneurship and innovation. Lidija has been working at this high school since 2004. She has been part of the Junior Achievement program, as well, and participated in the European Program SEP- Social Enterprise Programme. Within this programe, she was the only one from the high school to be a mentor. She organized trainings on Socially Responsible Entreprise for other teachers joining the project. Together with the students, she encouraged them to participate in the national and international competitions. In 2013 they won the national first place; in 2014 they won the European first place for Best video and on-line profile of the organization; and in 2015 they won the national third place. Since 2007, together with the students, they participate in the competition for best Business plan, where each year they win one of the first three places. In 2015, two student teams mentored by her, won the first place on the competition Get In The Ring- GITR.
